Rudy will provide an update on current marine issues impacting the community:
  • The shipping channel is severely shoaled in two places.
  • The dredge is behind schedule.
  • The beach nourishment window is closing in a month.
  • The US Army Corps of Engineers is chronically short of funds.

Bill Baily, the Chairman of the Committee, stated that he is looking forward to an interesting and exciting meeting.
